My name is Ziljihan Bahana “Zill”

I’m an Indonesian Wildlife and Nature Photographer based in Finland. I was born and raised in Indonesia; East Java is the exact place where I come from. I moved for good to Finland in 2020.

I got interested with photography when I was still in high school, and it has since been a part of my life, alongside with my full time job as a professional bodyart artist. Bodyarts is still consuming most of my time when it comes to doing arts, but simultaneously supports my photographical journey that started with me capturing streets, products and macro obstacles. The variety of subjects makes me fall deeper in love with photography each passing day.

The reason I am a wildlife and nature photographer is that I really love animals and the feeling of being privileged to be around them, and the love of of getting out of the city. Those are acting as big wheels that roll me to the fields and the forest on a continuously speeding pace. Getting to be around all these wild creatures made me immediately fall in love with nature and wildlife photography, and now, it is my passion. Now I’m concentrating on capturing birds, wildlife, mammals and nature at its best.

With all my photos I would like to make my audience want to discover and appreciate nature more.
